RETURNED GOODS POLICY

Koala Barriers will exchange any item/s which have been incorrectly ordered within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and in original, new condition. Please email us at admin@koalabarriers.com.au with details of the request and the original invoice details.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

Any freight and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. Please assess this cost carefully as freight can often be more costly that the value of the item to be returned.

Please check your order carefully to ensure that the correct components are ordered to suit your requirements. Returns will attract a restocking fee of 25% of the product purchase price.

PICK UP POLICY

We have a storage and despatch centre in Jandakot but please note, access is by appointment only.
If you intend to pick up, please discuss your requirements with our team. Box trailers are very difficult to load, but flat top trailers or trucks can be easily loaded with prepacked goods on a pallet.

The warehouse is unable to accept payments or take orders from the public. Once payment for your order has been received the pickup warehouse address will be advised.

DELIVERY POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We will not deliver to site without communicating with the purchaser. We need instructions on a mutually suitable time frame for the delivery and where to position the delivery.

Koala Barriers request that the purchaser is present at the time of delivery to check the goods supplied and instruct on the required positioning of the goods.

If the site is unattended at the agreed delivery time window, our team will unload the goods and use their discretion on where to store it. In such case, Koala Barriers is unable to accept any responsibility or claims for shortage of supply, loss or damage. A delivery inspection and check list is done at the time of despatch and a copy will be left with the goods. The delivery team will take a photograph of how the goods are left on site.

In the event that delivery is attempted at the agreed time window but not completed for any reason, a re-livery will be arranged at an additional charge to the purchaser.

Ownership and responsibility of the goods are transferred to the purchaser upon delivery.

The purchaser must confirm that the storage position required has easy and safe access.

All products delivered through freight companies should be unpacked within the first 48 hours after being delivered to inspect for breakages, missing or damaged products.

Storage

We advise that all products are stored off the ground with protective covering used if the goods will be stored for an extended period. At no stage should glass be placed in direct contact with hard surfaces such as paving, concrete or metal.
